New Orleans. It’s my birthplace. How else could I have been born, but out of the crotch of hurricanes, swamps and tramps?

It’s time for a visit again. I’ve been invited to go to Prospect New Orleans with several friends, which I’m highly contemplating. I also want to be there for some down time - to just relax and enjoy. But the downside of life right now is that money is tighter than my spanx and I literally have about $40 to last me until my next paycheck. However, the good thing about new orleans is that I have places to stay - so the costs are only in food and a flight.

We’ll see. Regardless I’m going to try to hustle and work it out.

Don’t be afraid to donate y’all. The great thing about kickstarter is that you can donate any amount (over $1) and they won’t charge you a think until the project is funded (so you can set a few bucks aside until then).

I have no idea why the pronouns in the kickstarter description are “he” - but whatever….the trailer is AMAZING (and the pronouns are right in it!).

Part of me is tempted to go to new orleans for the voodoo festival. I don’t even know why - I’m not a huge music festival person, but it’s such a perfect time of year to be in NOLA (Oct 28), plus that means i could maybe work it out to stay for halloween, which is for sure a fantastic time to be there.
